Refund policy

The Product You Purchase is MADE TO ORDER:

Hi there! We are a small business that utilizes a "Made-to-Order" (Print on Demand) business model. This means that we do not hold ANY inventory of our physical products at all. 

Rather, we work with production partners to produce and print our products as they are ordered. So as you, our customers place orders with us (a T-Shirt, etc) we then place/send that order to our supplier & printer to produce the items for you. We do this to keep our costs low and quality high!

With that said, we want to offer a quality guarantee to you. You can expect to receive the item you ordered from us quickly, and without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll offer you a replacement or a refund and let you keep the item! (Just send us a Photo of the item in question)

Because we produce our items on demand with our production partners, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for "OTHER" reasons. Again, we are a small business and we really appreciate your business and really hope you love the products you've purchased from us!

PLEASE JUST BE SURE OF YOUR DECISION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Other Reasons:

We do not accept returns simply for "Change of Mind" as each item is made to order.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund for the reasons stated above. (No refunds after 30 days)
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT LITERAL "RETURNS" as we are located in CANADA, which would require you to pay for shipping costs. Just keep or donate the item if you have received a refund for it from us.

You can always contact us for any refund question via out contact form, or reply to email sent to you from us about your order.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot do refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve decided on your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
